Terms & Conditions of Sale When you make a purchase at Stable KartingTM, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale. This includes, but is not limited to the following; - We do not accept Lay-By
- Payment is required at time of purchase. Unless pre-arranged.
- Credit is not available
- We do not refund or exchange goods for change of mind - please choose carefully!
- We will refund or exchange items if faulty, but only upon the inspection by Stable KartingTM.
- All pre-arranged invoices are to be paid within 7days.
- Outstanding balances not paid within our 7 day period, will incur a 3% fee, every 7 days thereafter, until the balance is paid in full.
- These are our terms - NO Exceptions!
- All orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Stable Karting.
- All delivery requests are approximations only. Whist we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure in our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery is shown in business days and is intended as a guide only.
- Cancellation of orders, must be no later than 24 hours prior to dispatch. We do not accept order cancellation after parts have left our premises.
- All our orders are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event of damage or fault, please inform Stable Karting within 5 days of receipt. Stable Karting will be more than happy to replace a faulty item after inspection by Stable Karting and only after we have deemed the item to be faulty or damaged. A replacement item will then be promptly posted back.
- Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or mis-spelt delivery information, often will result in a delay of delivery. If Stable Karting is charged a re-delivery fee by our courier, because of inaccurate delivery details, this charge will be passed onto the customer.
- It is your responsibility to inform Stable Karting immediately if your order has not arrived. We will then endeavour to track your order with our couriers and have it re-delivered as soon as possible.
- Stable Karting will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have items left at front door if no-one is home.
- Should you have any problems relating to your order, please contact Stable Karting within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period of time.
- Refund policy, if a refund is required, we will do so within a 7-day period upon receipt of goods, where we will re debit your credit card.
